A Canadian, bilingual advisory and learning firm, based in Ottawa.

We help organizations understand technology and put it to work.

Tutiv brings together emerging technology, learning and advisory, helping leaders across government, industry and public institutions build the capabilities to put new technology to work. As Canada's AI for All strategy pushes the country from talking about AI to using it, that is the gap we close.

Canada’s AI strategy

Built for Canada’s AI for All strategy.

Canada’s national AI strategy, AI for All, aims to move the country from talking about AI to using it, lifting business adoption from about 12 percent to 60 percent by 2034. It is built on six pillars across trust, opportunity and sovereignty. Our work maps onto the ones that decide whether organizations actually benefit.

Adoption that sticks

We help teams move past pilots into real, governed use, the adoption the strategy is built to accelerate.

Skills and literacy

Our learning programs build the fluency and judgment the strategy calls for across the workforce, not only for specialists.

Trust and governance

Our AI governance work puts responsible, defensible practices in place before the rules tighten, which the strategy signals they will.

Sovereignty-aware choices

We help you choose tools and keep data in Canada, so adoption does not come at the cost of control.

For Ontario employers

Most of your team's training, funded.

Are you a small employer? We can help you apply and obtain funding for training through the Ontario Job Grant. It can cover most of the cost of Tutiv's programs, and we prepare the paperwork with you at no charge.

We prepare and support your application. Funding decisions rest with the Government of Ontario.

up to 83%
of training costs may be funded for small employers, up to $10,000 per person

In practice

We stay close to delivery, not just strategy. The measure of our work is whether AI is actually adopted, governed and trusted after we step back, not whether the plan looked good on paper.

Community commitment

AI Access

Beyond our client work, we are building AI Access, a planned bilingual community initiative on equitable access to AI skills and opportunity.
