This notice explains how Tutiv Inc. (referred to here as Tutiv) collects, uses and protects personal information through this website, in line with Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We keep what we collect to a minimum and use it only for the purposes described here.
Information you provide
When you contact us through the site, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you choose to give us. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about the work you asked about. You can also reach us directly by email, without using the form.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, standard technical information is collected automatically, such as your approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or link that referred you. This helps us understand how the site is used and improve it. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and usage patterns in aggregate. It places cookies and processes technical data such as IP address, which Google Analytics 4 truncates and does not store in full. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it. You can decline cookies through your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and the site will still work.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, to provide and improve our services and the site, to keep reasonable records, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing by others.
Service providers and disclosure
We rely on a small number of providers to operate the site, including our web host and Google Analytics, which may process information on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, but not otherwise.
Where information is handled
The site is hosted in Canada. Some providers, including Google Analytics, may process technical data outside Canada, including in the United States, where different laws may apply. We limit the personal information collected through the site to what is needed for the purposes above.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond, follow up and maintain reasonable records, after which they are deleted or anonymized. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No website is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit what we collect in the first place.
Your choices and rights
