The Ontario Job Grant helps Ontario employers pay for skills training delivered by an eligible third-party trainer, and Tutiv is that kind of trainer. Are you a small employer? We can help you apply and obtain funding for training. Most of the cost of our programs can be covered, and we prepare the paperwork with you at no charge.
The grant covers eligible training costs up to $10,000 per person. Small employers, under 100 employees, contribute as little as one-sixth of the cost, so the government may cover up to about 83%. Larger employers contribute half. Small employers training new hires who were previously unemployed may qualify for up to $15,000 per person, and in some cases full coverage.
For example, on a $6,000 program a small employer might pay around $1,000, with roughly $5,000 covered.

We can also help you assemble the supporting documentation. There is no charge for this help. Applications are reviewed by the Government of Ontario, so approval is theirs to grant, but we make sure yours is complete and well-prepared.
